Cost

The expense of taking the test varies from country to country. It generally costs 160-250$. It is a computer-based exam and usually takes 15 days to generate the results. It should be assumed more of an investment than an expense because if you achieve the required score it will help you go a long way.

How long the result is valid?

The test result is valid for up to two years. After that, you might have to reappear for the test. More than 130 countries now require a TOEFL score. Thus, as a prerequisite for educational institutions and better career opportunities it requires a minimum score ranging between 61-100 based on the institution and course requirements.

How to send the test score?

Sending TOEFL test score has never been this easier! All you have to do is  

1.     Log in to your TOEFL account
2.     Order score reports
3.     Search for the institution you want to send. Then select and send the test report.

Format of the test

Basically, the test has three formats:

1.     Computer-based
2.     Paper-based
3.     Internet-based

Usually, it is conducted in a form of an online format. In case the centre does not have an internet connection then a paper-based format can be offered. The test mainly comprises four sections; reading, speaking, listening, and writing. You can get the results in just 15 days providing you with useful feedback on how you can improve more.

My approach

Practice makes a man perfect! The materials that I will provide will consist of extensive practice modules to help you get your desired TOEFL score. This test will be conducted completely online so you will not have to face the hassle of going outside. Questions might include asking to read a passage, listening to a short audio clip, and then speaking and writing in response to the clip.
