Responsibilities and Duties
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; and developing customized targeted sales strategies
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Understanding clients’ needs and offering solutions and support
- Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow client base
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining the database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
- Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
- Maintaining a pipeline of all potential clients
- Working closely with the team on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
Qualifications and Skills
- Grad/Post-Graduation
- International Calling, telemarketing experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in upselling
- Experience in B2C, B2B sales
Job Type: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
